  • Dr. Jennifer Murff - President

    Jennifer Murff is the President of Millennials for Marriage. She has conducted years of research involving public, private, and non-profit sectors looking at the emerging leaders of today and the families they will produce tomorrow. 

    As an expert on Millennials, she found that millennials are abandoning marriage at an alarming rate and this could have devastating effects on the future of our nation. For society to prosper, we need thriving communities, healthy churches, and growing families that are held together by strong and committed covenantal marriages.  It is from both this personal passion and sound academic research that helped lead to the creation Millennials for Marriage. 

    Jennifer is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and Regent University where she hold a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership with an emphasis on strategic foresight focusing on millennials and the future of marriage at Regent University's School of Business and Leadership.

  • J.T. Murff - Chairman

    J.T. Murff is Chairman of Millennials for Marriage. JT. has worked as a media and political consultant for most of his career including executive positions in several national TV networks including being founding General Manager and Vice President of Biz TV where he was one of the youngest television executives in the country. He is the 2012 recipient of the Global Leadership Award and is an international speaker on topics relating to family and the defense of children from exploitation. 

    As a licensed Southern Baptist Minister, J.T. has served in a variety church ministry roles for over15 years and has a passion to see his generation equipped for successful marriages. 

    In 2016, The Murff's will celebrate 10 years of marriage. Their journey has not been easy, but they have learned that when couples focus on working towards a healthy relationship with God and each other, hearts begin to heal, relationships are strengthened, and couples can find a solid foundation for a great marriage. That's what Millennials for Marriage is all about. Together with his wife, the Murff's seek to engage the millennial generation by promoting, educating, and equipping couples for successful covenantal marriages and to promote marriage among Millennials in communities across the country and around the world.

  • Dr. Kathleen Patterson

    Dr. Kathleen Patterson currently serves as a Professor and the Director of the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program in the School of Business & Leadership at Regent University, where she has been since 1999. Dr. Patterson is noted as an expert on servant leadership. She coordinates an annual Servant Leadership Research Roundtable on the east coast in Virginia Beach, where both scholars and practitioners meet together to engage in servant leadership discourse. She has also co-coordinated three Global Servant Leadership Research Roundtables, in the Netherlands, Australia, and Iceland. Dr. Patterson is involved in numerous consulting projects locally, nationally and abroad. Additionally she sits on the board of directors for the Larry C. Spears Center, CareNet, and Millennials for Marriage.

  • Dr. Shane & Kasi Pruitt

    Shane serves as the Director of Missions and oversees the Missions Department of the SBTC (Southern Baptist of Texas Convention). Shane has been married to his beautiful wife Kasi for 13 years, and they have 4 children – Raygen, Harper, Titus, Elliot and Glory. He has been in ministry for over 15 years as a church planter, lead pastor, associate pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator & Bible teacher for many student camps, revivals, rallies, retreats, schools, Disciple-Now retreats, conferences, panels, etc. He is also the author of a 60-day devotional titled, The Secret Place and the popular blog “I Already Am.” www.alreadyam.com

  • Arina Grossu

    Arina O. Grossu, M.A. is the Director of the Center for Human Dignity at the Family Research Council where she focuses on sanctity of human life issues, ranging from conception to natural death. Her areas of expertise include abortion, women's health, bioethics, pornography, and sex trafficking.

    Ms. Grossu is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (South Bend, IN), with a B.A. in Philosophy. She completed her M.A. in Theology, magna cum laude, from the Dominican House of Studies (Washington, DC). She holds a certification in Health Care Ethics from the National Catholic Bioethics Center (Philadelphia, PA). She also holds a license in AMI Montessori through the Montessori Institute of San Diego (CA). She is a current board of director of the National Pro-Life Religious Council and a past Leonine Fellow of the Catholic Information Center (Washington, DC). 

    Ms. Grossu has done television interviews on CNN, ABC, NBC, Fox News, EWTN, and CBN. Her articles and commentary have appeared in USA Today, LA Times, National Review, Bloomberg, The Hill, Townhall, The Federalist, Daily Signal, Daily Caller, Washington Times, Washington Examiner, National Catholic Register, Christian Post and others.

    She has presented lectures at the United Nation's Commission on the Status of Women, Trinity International University’s Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity (Deerfield, IL), University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame, IN), Regent University Law School's Center for Global Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law (Virginia Beach, VA) and Wesleyan University’s Bastian Center for the Study of Human Trafficking (Marion, IN).

  • Jason Jones

    Jason Scott Jones is a film producer, author, activist, and human rights worker. Jones was a producer on the 2006 film, Bella, which won several film industry awards, most notably the People’s Choice Award at the 2006 Toronto International Film Festival. Jason was the associate producer of the 2008 film, The Stoning of Soraya M., which won the NAACP Image Award in 2010 as well as the Los Angeles Film Festival Audience Award in 2009. His short films include Eyes to See (2010) and Crescendo (2011).

    He was producer of the 2012 TV movie, Mother Marianne: Portrait of a Saint. He works directly to aid the homeless, peoples facing genocide, and women with crisis pregnancies.

    He is president of Movie to Movement and the Human Rights Education Organization (H.E.R.O.). He lives in Hawaii. The Race to Save Our Century is his first book.




    Jessica is a licensed psychologist and a sexual educator with specialized training in sex therapy from a Christian perspective. She has a passion for helping couples create a marriage better than the honeymoon and enjoys being used by God to restore relationships. She fully believes that God can heal the sexually broken and that His ideal is for us all to live sexually whole lives. 

    In 2016, Jessica and her husband, Jacob, will have been married for 7 years. When they have free time, Jacob and Jessica enjoy playing with their dogs, going to the movies, reading, and going to the gym. They have been busy most of their marriage with one or both of them in school, but still make time to be a couple and encourage other couples to do the same. 

    Jessica is currently involved in a project aimed at helping pastors and parents learn how to help adolescents live sexually whole lives.
